This year's Christmas was jammed packed with excitement and fun. Since our schedule was so crazy, we made a point of celebrating together as a family of three before we headed off into the scheduled chaos. Several days before Christmas we went to our favorite restaurant (the one that is ten yards from our back door) and enjoyed a lovely meal accompanied by Liam crying. No worries though...we were the only dinners in the place after the first ten minutes there.
Once home, we practiced out our baby carrier, to see if Liam would like it. He was fairly comfortable, but fussed after only a couple of minutes. The rest of the night we spent lounging around, waiting for Liam's 10:00 bedtime, after which we toasted in the holiday season with some deliciously dry bubbly.
Our original Christmas Eve plans were changed due to my sweet little nephew getting rsv only days before. Potentially deadly for little Liam, we switched route and celebrated in Maryland with the in-laws. We continued my family tradition of eating up clam chowder and sandwiches. We wish we could have all been together, but we made the best of it!
On Christmas Eve we opened up our Christmas PJs, which we super comfy. I love that the blue line down Liam's outfit accentuates his adorable belly!
The Warlick's Christmas tree was made up of all the boys homemade ornaments throughout the years....so precious!
